TRICKING TEENS
(12 YEARS - 16 YEARS)
Our Ninja, Parkour, Flips & Tricks class for teens for 12–16 year olds is where adrenaline meets skill. This high-energy session is all about mastering epic movements — from precision jumps and wall runs to flips, mastering our ninja rig and creative parkour flow. It’s the perfect mix of challenge and fun, helping teens build strength, agility, and confidence while pushing their limits in a safe, supportive space. Whether they’re beginners or already flipping off the couch at home, this class is an awesome way to move, connect, and level up!
KIDS
(5 YEARS - 12 YEARS)
Our kids programs are all about fun, energy, and building confidence through movement! Kids will learn the foundations of cool skills like flips, aerials, and other dynamic tricks in a safe, supportive environment. Whether they’re just starting out or already love flipping around at home, this class is perfect for developing strength, coordination, and technique — all while having an absolute blast with friends.

FLYING FOXES (5–8 years)
Building the blocks of movement
- Perfect for beginners stepping into gymnastics, ninja, and parkour.
- Focuses on core foundations: rolls, jumps, landings, balance, climbing, swinging.
- Encourages confidence, coordination, and safe exploration.
- Small-group stations and circuits keep kids moving, learning, and laughing.
Ideal for: 5–8 year olds who want to try everything and build a strong movement base.
IRON PAWS - FLIPS & TRICKS (8–12 years)
Flips & tricks for the next level
- A high-energy class dedicated to tumbling, flips, and aerial tricks.
- Builds strength, body control, and air awareness with progressions suited to every level.
- Includes trampoline drills, floor tumbling, and advanced shapes.
- Emphasis on spotting safety and learning “trick confidence."
Ideal for: 8–12 year olds ready to unleash their inner acrobat.
SHADOW TAILS - NINJA PARKOUR (8–12 years)
Ninja-parkour in action
- Focused on speed, agility, and creativity through ninja and parkour challenges.
- Includes vaults, wall runs, swinging obstacles, and precision landings.
- Builds resilience, problem-solving, and adaptability in real-time movement.
- Encourages teamwork and friendly competition in every session.
Ideal for: 8–12 year olds who love obstacles, challenges, and fast-paced fun.
JUNIOR GYMNASTICS
(2 YEARS - 5 YEARS)
Our Junior Gym programs give 2–5 year olds a safe, fun space to move, explore and build confidence.
Through structured play and age-appropriate equipment, kids develop coordination, strength and body awareness from the ground up

OPEN GYM
(6 MONTHS - 5 YEARS)
Open Gym gives babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 5 years a safe space to crawl, climb, bounce and explore at their own pace.
No structured class — just free movement in a stimulating environment designed for little bodies.
